ロックショアフィールドを中心にテストを重ね開発されたメタルジグ、Avalanche (アバランチ)。 テールアイに変わるバンパーフィンを備え、着底時の岩礁との接触傷、破損を抑えながら、水切り効果による更にクイックな動作を獲得しています。素材に比重の軽い亜鉛合金を用い、ジャーキングによるクイックで鋭角的な左右への飛びから、ふわりと柔らかいフォールへアクションに移行、対象魚へのコンタクトを演出します。長いフォール時間はロックショアシーンなどの横引きの釣りに最適で、潮目や根の際を丹念に攻める際にも非常に効果的です。引き手の操作によってはフォール時に高回転のフラッシングアクションを発生させることも可能、様々なジグ動作でアングラーの戦略を豊かなものに。(ベアリング付きスイベルのリグを推奨。) 引き抵抗の軽さもAvalancheの特徴であり、ロックショアの過酷な条件下でもジャーキングの疲労を抑え、アングラーが終日集中した状態で対象魚に向かう状況をサポートします。オフショアシーンにおいても、ゆっくりとジグを見せて誘うスローなパターンには高い効果が実証されています。

This metal jig is equipped with a bumper fin at the rear of the body, reducing scratches and damage caused by contact with rocky bottoms while providing even quicker action thanks to its improved water-cutting performance. Made from a lightweight zinc alloy, it transitions from sharp, quick side-to-side darting during jerking to a soft, gentle fall, effectively enticing target fish. Its long fall time makes it ideal for horizontal-style fishing in rock-shore environments and highly effective when carefully working tide lines or the edges of rocky structures. Depending on the angler’s manipulation, it can also generate high-rotation flashing action during the fall, supporting a wide range of jig movements to match various strategies. (A rig with a bearing swivel is recommended.) The Avalanche also features exceptionally light pulling resistance, reducing fatigue from jerking even under harsh rock-shore conditions and allowing anglers to stay focused on their target fish throughout the day. It has also proven highly effective in offshore scenarios, particularly in slow-paced patterns where the jig is presented and shown to the fish more deliberately.
